Casual come-and-go evening in the Pearl District of Downtown Tulsa.  Cabin Boys has a great space at 7th and Utica, plenty of dedicated parking in a lot South of the building, taproom, a food truck, cornhole, pinball, ping pong, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.  It's also next to American Solera and around the corner from Marshall brewery, plus tons of fun eateries in that area.  This is a non-host event thus come prepared to pay for your food and drinks.  Starts at 7 pm.  Sign up for an event ticket so we can get a headcount, please.  

SATURDAY September 23, 2023 - daytime activities

• Memorial High School tour 5840 S. Hudson starts at 11 am at the main front doors.  Free.  Sign up for an event ticket so we can get a headcount, please. 
• Golf scramble at La Fortune Park Golf Course.  Tee off times between 8am-10am.  Purchase a ticket via this website.  $48/person.  This ticket must be purchased by Sept 1st so that we can confirm numbers with LaFortune.  Contact Mike Ross for more details:  951-326-4264.

SATURDAY September 23, 2023 - Main event 6:00-10:00pm

Sidecar Barley and Wine Bar

Your paid ticket includes heavy hors d'oeuvres, 1 beer/wine/cocktail beverage, venue, decorations, photo booth.  Tea and soda unlimited.  Must purchase a ticket via this website.  $45/person.
